The findings have implications on the need to live everyday use of ICT in Aboriginal students. The findings showed that the overall majority of Aboriginal students have the knowledge and skills ICT literacy is low. In the feasibility study phase of this development, data is collected using a set of instruments ICT literacy readiness and interviews involving Aboriginal students in Mantin, Negeri Sembilan. Aboriginal students' knowledge about personal learning goals, the equipment used, its application to the diversity of their learning style is an important phase in the design of personalized learning environment. This study examines and reviews the knowledge, skills and readiness of ICT literacy among Aboriginal students. This raises questions about the extent to which Aboriginal students are willing and knowledgeable use of ICT in their daily lives through personalized learning. Development of Personalized Learning Environment in this study aims to adjust the mechanism of selflearning among Aboriginal students for their ICT literacy skills.
